DE&I advocates BERLIN
Bringing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion advocates together in Berlin to support each other on our shared mission.

Goodbye & thank you

Hello to you,

It is with a mix of gratitude and emotion that we announce the closing of DEI Advocates Berlin, an initiative co-founded by Julia Niepold and Delphine Mousseau. Over the last 4 years, this group has been a remarkable space for connection, learning, and collaboration among passionate professionals in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We want to take a moment to reflect on the mission that has guided us: supporting DE&I Advocates in fulfilling their roles and missions better. Whether through professional responsibilities, mandates, or sheer passion, each of you has played a role in driving DE&I topics within your environments.

Our vision was simple yet powerful:

Thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of everyone involved, we achieved so much. Over the course of 14 events, with an average of 30 attendees per session, we’ve shared insights, explored frameworks, and heard diverse perspectives that enriched our collective understanding of DE&I.

We owe particular thanks to Rosina Budhani and Clarissa Calçada, whose efforts were instrumental in getting this group going. We’re also deeply grateful to every volunteer, speaker, host, and guest who contributed to the quality and success of this peer group.

There is a time for everything, and now it’s time for us to move on. While DEI Advocates Berlin may be coming to a close, the connections, knowledge, and shared mission we’ve built will continue to thrive in new ways.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your contributions have made all the difference, and we are confident that the spirit of DEI Advocates Berlin will live on through the impactful work you do.

With heartfelt appreciation and warm wishes,

The DEI advocates team
