Purpose
Our purpose is to help DE&I advocates to become (key) influencers for their organisations by providing the resources needed to convince teams and decision makers.
DE&I advocates are professionals having the responsibility to drive DE&I topics in their professional environment, either in their professional position, through a mandate, as consultants or as passionate supporters. We bring together professionals from the private sector, government and academia. Our primary focus is Berlin.
